Upload your own reference sequence to view in HOMD JBrowse

(Note: this is a testing feature provided by HOMD only)
Option 1. Select a reference genomic sequence file from your computer:
(Seuqences should be in FASTA format, max. file size 8 MB)
OR
Option 2. Provide a web link (URL) to the reference sequence, please double check the link, e.g.:
ftp://ftp.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/genomes/Bacteria/Tannerella_forsythia_ATCC_43037_uid83157/NC_016610.fna
